Seascape comes ready for a seaside break. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washer-dryer, so you can cook proper meals or do laundry without leaving the property. The living space includes a smart TV, DVD player and CD player if you want to wind down indoors. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included; electricity is metered separately. One bedroom has a king bed, the other two singles, sleeping four across a single bathroom with bath and shower.

Being ground floor with just three steps to the entrance, it suits those with mobility considerations. An enclosed courtyard with garden furniture opens from the flat. There is parking for one car on site. The location is the real draw—the beach sits a hundred yards away, and Exmouth's seafront offers the marina, coastal walking and water activities. A shop, pub and the Rockfish restaurant are within 50 yards. The flat is no-smoking throughout.
