Upstairs, bedrooms vary from a double and single to three kingsize options; one suite has a double shower. The property comes with essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen and towels, plus wifi throughout. No smoking indoors; one pet stays free of charge.

Outside, a private hot tub and sauna are available year-round. The garden has a lawned area with patio and terrace seating, and parking is provided for three cars. The setting is within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Jurassic Coast, roughly two miles from Branscombe beach. Beer, a fishing village with restaurants and shops, lies nearby; Sidmouth, Seaton and Lyme Regis are all within ten miles. Walking opportunities start from the house itself.
