About Coombe View Farm Camp and Caravan Site
Perched in Devon countryside near the coast, Coombe View Farm delivers what many campers come for: those sweeping sea views that make a morning cuppa feel special. Facilities are clean and well-maintained, with hot showers and thoughtful touches like a communal fridge and freezer for campers to share. Pitches range from backpacker plots to full hook-up spots for larger outfits, and campfires are allowed, adding to the relaxed feel.
That said, some visitors have found staff interactions disappointing – reports of impolite or unhelpful management crop up often enough to mention. If you can look past the occasional service wobble, the setting and practical amenities still make this a decent base for exploring Branscombe and the surrounding Jurassic Coast.

What visitors say
Stayed here with a large group of friends over this lovely heat wave weekend. The showers are basically but lovely and warm. Washing up facilities plentiful. The new owner was very friendly and welcoming. We keep coming back here it’s such a beautiful spot with the sea in distant view and Branscombe beach and cafe just a short stroll. I would recommend it.

Would like to start by saying "Thank you " for our stay. 32 of us! 40th celebration weekend. Tranquil location. We were allotted the full use of the field with individual power hook-ups and fresh water taps. Toilets, showers, sink, fridge freezer. Very reasonable price. Now look forward to a returned visit. As the site and the facilities were well suited for our large party of Campers.

An amazing campsite with a great view. Welcome and service from the team was amazing. The facilities are simple, serviceable and all you could ask for. The team welcomed our group and kept a whole field for us to occupy on a "private rental" basis. Great service and would highly recommend!!

Really quiet little campsite. The staff lady who welcomed us was super friendly! The facilities were basic but clean, sometimes little grass on the floor or a spider in the corner but nothing major and it’s pretty obvious it’s a campsite not a 5* hotel. The showers were hot and there was plenty of loo roll, never a queue either. The only issue that I could complain about was that the grass was a little long and when it got wet it wasn’t very pleasant to walk on as it got stuck to the feet/shoes. Also it’s on a little slope. The location was great though so I will definitely consider it again!
