The Granary

Everything you need is here. The Granary is a converted barn with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, so there's space for two or three families to spread out comfortably. Each bedroom has a television; three have ensuite showers, and there's a main bathroom with a bath and shower. Bed linen and towels come as standard, along with Wi-Fi and electricity. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Downstairs, a living room centres on a woodburning stove, with a separate dining room alongside. A cot and highchair are available if needed.

The property sits on a sheep farm in the Axe Valley with views across the countryside towards Seaton. Parking is on site. Outside, there's an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture; a portable barbecue is provided. The property is a non-smoking environment. During the colder months, wood for the burner can be purchased from the farm. The coastal path and Jurassic Coast are within reach, as are the Blackdown Hills and the valley itself for walking. Arrival is after 14:30; departure before 10:00.
