Step through the entrance and you're into a ground-floor layout that opens the property up for group living. The kitchen sits central to things, fitted with a range cooker, American fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine; bi-fold doors spill into the garden. The dining room connects directly, while a separate living room with an open fire and smart TV provides a quieter retreat. There's also a cinema room with games console, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 4, a double with bunks, sits on this floor alongside a shower room.

Upstairs holds three further bedrooms, each with a smart TV. Bedroom 1 has a super kingsize bed and sofa bed; bedrooms 2 and 3 are both zip-and-link super kingsizes (convertible to singles), with bedroom 3 also offering a single 3ft bed. Two bathrooms serve the upper floor, one with a bath and shower, the other with a bath and shower attachment. The property sleeps 11 and is yours alone—no other guests on site. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard.

The enclosed grounds include a hot tub for eight, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, children's play area and bike store. Private parking for six cars is available. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted.
