I had a party at the Market Hotel, and it was fabulous! The lovely food was served fresh, I chose the finger buffet, but there were other options. There was plenty to go round, and plenty of choice. The DJ was the landlord Stacy, who did a fantastic job of keeping up the atmosphere, mixing in a bit of karaoke alongside some great music. The bar staff were attentive and quick to serve, even as it got very busy in the other bar. The party was held in the dining room side of the bar, which was easily big enough for about 50 guests, although again they do also have an events room connected to the garden terrace if you prefer. Thankyou to everyone involved in making it a fantastic night! Especially Stacy, Martin, Dave, Maddi, Beli and Ryan. Definitely a place to consider for your events.

I must say ive been working away for a long time now. This place is one of the best places ive stayed . So accommodating. Staff are amazing & they make you feel at home . Stace , Martin & Dave are fantastic. Great rooms & great food what more can you want when your away from home. Ill definitely be back. ☺️

I love this place. The people are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, the service is incomparable. Food is amazing and no skimping on portion sizes. Can highly recommend. The manager (I think his name is Dave) was attentive and helpful.

Visited on Saturday 14th March for lunch. What a lovely welcome we received - friendly and helpful service. Great choice on the menu. We had baguette with chips and side salad. Very nicely presented, great taste and great value. We will be back!
