This converted farm building dates from 1872 and stands on the owner's arable farm near Wainfleet All Saints, a medieval town 800 yards away with a weekly market, brewery tours, pubs and restaurants. The 80-acre grounds include riverbank and tracks for exploring and wildlife watching, with river fishing 100 yards from the door. Skegness beach and its attractions lie 5 miles south; Gunby Hall and Tattersall Castle, both National Trust properties, are 7 and 15 miles respectively. After a day out, the private hot tub is ready on return. The cottage suits families and couples; there is an unfenced river on the grounds to be aware of.
