Harbour View

Harbour View is a converted barn on the edge of Wainfleet All Saints, close enough to the River Steeping for walks and cycling straight from the property. It sleeps 10 across four bedrooms: two kingsize rooms (one with an additional single), one room with two singles, and one with three singles. There are three bathrooms, so groups and larger families can manage without queuing. A hot tub sits in the enclosed lawned courtyard, which also has patio seating and a barbecue.

The ground floor has a living and dining space with a 60" smart TV, and a kitchen equipped for actual cooking—electric range, dishwasher, microwave and all the usual appliances. Heating is included, with underfloor warmth on the ground and first floors. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The property is no-smoking throughout.

Wainfleet itself has shops, pubs and restaurants, and a brewery offering tours. Skegness beach and Fantasy Island theme park are five miles away. The owners' arable farm adjoins the property and is open to explore; river fishing is available within the grounds if you have a licence. Cots, a highchair and a stairgate are available on request for families with very small children.
