Church View

Wainfleet All Saints sits on the edge of the Lincolnshire Fens, a quiet market town with a working brewery, good pubs and restaurants, and a railway station. The seaside resort of Skegness lies five miles south. Church View is a converted barn at the fringe of the town, positioned close to the River Steeping with direct access to riverside walks and cycle routes. The property stands on the owners' arable farm, which guests may explore, and free river fishing is available with the appropriate licence.

The barn is arranged over three storeys and sleeps ten across four bedrooms: two with kingsize beds (one on the first floor with an ensuite shower room, one on the second floor with two singles also in the room), and two further rooms on the first floor, each with twin single beds. A second bathroom with bath and shower is also on the first floor. The ground floor contains the main living and dining space with a 65-inch smart TV, and a kitchen fitted with an electric range, dishwasher, and all the basics for self-catering. Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome. An enclosed lawned courtyard has patio furniture and a hot tub; a barbecue is available on request.

The setting suits families or groups wanting space and a rural base. The riverside location makes it practical for exploring on foot or by bike, while Skegness and its sandy beach and theme park are easily reached for a day out. Smoking is not permitted inside.
