Brackenborough Hall Coach House - Saddle Room
East Lindsey
The Lincolnshire Wolds and coast are both within reasonable driving distance of this ground-floor cottage, which sits on a working farm outside Louth. Louth itself is a market town with Georgian character, independent shops and a notable church spire; the Wolds offer designated countryside with rolling terrain and established walking routes, while Hubbard's Hills—a wooded valley with a stream—suits families wanting an easy afternoon out. The farm location means genuine rural quiet but not isolation from places worth visiting.
Inside, the Saddle Room has two bedrooms (both with double beds), one bathroom, and an open-plan living space with a kitchen that includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The essentials—electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels—are covered. Out back there is an enclosed garden with patio, furniture and a firepit; a shared children's play area serves the farm's other properties. One small dog can stay free, on a lead. Parking for two cars is on site. The property does not allow smoking.
A cot and highchair are available on request. A step leads into the garden. This works for groups of four, families with young children, or anyone wanting a farm-based base for exploring the Wolds and coast without the fuss of hotels.
