The whole property is yours alone, with two bedrooms (one kingsize, one with twin singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, and an open-plan living space that includes a fully equipped kitchen. Louth itself is known as the Capital of the Wolds—a market town with Georgian streets, independent shops and a striking church spire. The Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, surrounds the area with rolling hills and footpaths suitable for walking and cycling. Hubbard's Hills, a wooded valley with a stream, is nearby for family outings. The coast is close enough for a day trip. The farm setting means you are genuinely rural, though there is a step down into the garden. One dog can stay with you at no extra cost, though it must be kept on a lead. No smoking.

This is such a lovely place to stay for a peaceful holiday. The gardens are beautiful and well stocked with toys to keep the children and teenagers happy. Along with vegetable and flower gardens and a woodland and meadows to explore. It’s only a short drive from Louth town which is beautiful. The room we stayed in was great too, with lots of character. The hosts are very friendly and always kind of you need to ask about local places. They even let the kids sit in the tractors one morning. Would definitely love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay, loved everything about it and hope to visit again. It’s a perfect place for both adults and children (our little boy of just under 2 had a brilliant time), and Paul and Flora have thought of everything. The accommodation was fantastic. Beautiful place and lots to explore on the farm, with a gorgeous beach only 30 mins drive away too.

We spent a long weekend here as a large family group (13 + 2 small kids)and it was perfect for our needs. The open plan lounge, dining area & kitchen was huge, making it easy for us all to get together for meals and socialising. The Granary is in a very quiet location just 5 minutes drive from Louth. It's clean and comfortable and we were made very welcome by the owners.

Paul and Flora were brilliant, accommodating our family with all its diverse requirements. Paul was happy to spend time showing our children the tractors and the animals, they found a bouncer for our 3 month old son, and did what they could to allow my father, who has mobility issues, to enjoy his stay. Friendly and welcoming, and happy to share their lovely farm with us.
