Crab Cottage is a detached bungalow on the ground floor, sleeping four in two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed and one with two singles. It suits families wanting a seaside break, couples seeking a quieter coastal base, or small groups who value their own entrance and parking. The single storey layout means no stairs, and the enclosed garden provides outdoor space to relax with your own furniture and sitting area.

The kitchen has what you need to prepare meals: electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. A shower room with walk-in shower, a living and dining space with television, and heating throughout are included as standard. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all provided, along with parking for two cars on site. One dog is welcome to join you.

The bungalow stands in Sutton on Sea where a sandy beach is a five-minute walk away, and local shops, a pub and restaurant are within easy reach on foot. Mablethorpe is nearby if you want to explore further, Skegness is 14 miles away, and the market town of Louth makes a possible day trip. A bus stop outside serves the main route along the coast. No smoking inside.
