Coastal Cottages - Drift Wood

Sutton-on-Sea sits on the Lincolnshire coast where activities range from the immediate—sandy beach a short walk away, a golf course a mile north, and free fishing locally—to the wider appeal of Mablethorpe close by and Skegness 14 miles south. Inland, the market towns of Alford and Louth make for day trips worth taking. The cottage itself occupies a single storey on the main road where Sutton meets Sandilands, with shops, a pub and restaurants all within easy reach on foot.

Drift Wood sleeps four across two bedrooms: a double and two singles, served by a shower room. The ground-floor layout means no stairs to navigate. A living and dining room with a 40-inch television opens onto a lawned garden with patio seating. The kitchen is fitted for self-catering, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. Bed linen, towels and wifi are provided, along with heating and electricity. One dog is welcome. Two cars can park on site.

The cottage suits families after a seaside base without fuss, or anyone wanting beach access combined with the option to drive further afield. It is non-smoking throughout.
