Butterfly Cottage sits in Maltby Le Marsh, a quiet village on the edge of the Lincolnshire coast. The whole place is yours alone, sleeping four across two bedrooms—a king in the first room and bunks in the second, which works best for children or teenagers. One well-behaved dog stays free. The back garden has a private hot tub for six and a sitting area with furniture; there's parking for two cars on the drive.
The ground floor holds an open-plan living space with a woodburner, a fully fitted kitchen for cooking proper meals, and a shower room. Upstairs, steep stairs lead to the bedrooms. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; from November to March you'll get starter packs for the woodburner too. The garden has two steps, and there are two steps up to the cottage entrance itself.
This works well for a coastal break without the bustle—Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea are a short drive away if you want seaside shops and attractions, but the village itself is built for walking and quiet time. No smoking inside.
