Field View

Field View is a converted barn standing alone on an 80-acre working farm at the edge of Wainfleet All Saints. The whole property is yours for the stay, laid out on one floor with two bedrooms sleeping up to five guests. A king bed in the first room, three singles in the second, and a shower room serving both. The open-plan living and dining space has a 60-inch smart TV and a full kitchen for self-catering, with dishwasher and washing machine included. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided; heating comes from oil underfloor central heating.

Outside, a patio and enclosed garden come with a hot tub. The farm backs on to the River Steeping, and guests can walk straight out to explore the riverbank and nearby cycle routes. Free river fishing is available within the grounds (a licence is needed). The market town of Wainfleet All Saints is within walking distance, home to a well-known brewery offering tours, an on-site pub, and a bistro. Skegness and its sandy beach lie 4 miles away, with Fantasy Island theme park and other seaside attractions. Further afield, Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are accessible by car, as is Lincoln cathedral and castle 40 miles south. One pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.
