Granary Cottage

Granary Cottage is a converted farm building on the edge of an 80-acre working arable farm near Wainfleet All Saints. The two-storey terraced cottage has a sitting room with sofa bed and smart TV on the ground floor, a separate kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine, and upstairs two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles—sharing a bathroom with shower over the tub. An enclosed garden with patio and hot tub opens from the living area.

The property sleeps six and comes with essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi. A travel cot and highchair are available. No smoking throughout. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Guests can walk straight onto the farm and down to the riverside, where fishing is possible (licence required), and cycle routes start from the door. The owners operate the neighbouring Riverside Farm Cottages, and nearby Wainfleet All Saints has shops, pubs and restaurants within a short walk, along with a local brewery offering tours. Skegness beach lies four miles away, Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are within driving distance, and Lincoln cathedral is forty miles across the Wolds.
