Kingfisher Cottage

Wainfleet All Saints sits on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, within easy reach of both the coast and inland attractions. Kingfisher Cottage occupies the grounds of a working arable farm here, giving guests direct access to 80 acres of countryside to roam, plus free river fishing if you have a licence. The property itself is a single-storey, ground-floor cottage sleeping two in a king-size bed, with one bathroom and an open-plan living space that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room with a 42-inch Smart TV.

A hot tub for six sits in the courtyard, heated and ready to use. There's also a shared tennis court within the grounds. The essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are all included. The town itself, a quarter-mile walk away, has a brewery offering tours and on-site dining, alongside independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Skegness beach is five miles south; Lincoln's castle and cathedral lie 40 miles inland. Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle, both National Trust properties, are within easy driving distance. One small dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted.
