Garden Cottage suits families, couples and small groups after a countryside base. The cottage holds four people across two bedrooms—a kingsize and two singles—with one bathroom and a sitting room downstairs. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided: the kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, air fryer and dishwasher; heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One dog stays free of charge, and the property has an enclosed garden with a patio and barbecue.

Tetford sits in the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village pub stands opposite the cottage, a twenty-yard walk away and dog-friendly. Behind the property are playing fields and a children's playground. Walking and cycling routes start from the door; Woodhall Spa Golf Club is twelve miles away, and the coast seventeen miles. Horncastle with its antique shops, the Georgian market town of Louth, and Lincoln with its cathedral and castle are all within reasonable driving distance. The cottage does not permit smoking.
