There is on-site parking for three cars and one small dog stays free of charge.

The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and air fryer, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside, the immediate grounds around the property are fenced and mowed, with a table and six chairs for eating outdoors, though note that landscaping work is planned for autumn 2026.
