George’s Gaff

George's Gaff comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer; the utility room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on the site). Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all provided, along with heating and electricity. The two-bedroom cottage sleeps four across a kingsize bed in one room and two singles in the other, served by a shower room with cubicle shower. The living space is open-plan, with a dining area, television, DVD and CD player.

Everything is on the ground floor and just a single step to the entrance. Outside, there's a patio with garden furniture, private parking for one car, and a hot tub. One dog is welcome to stay free of charge. The property forms part of a converted farm building arrangement with a shared courtyard and garden; note that there is an unfenced lake in the garden. A shop and pub are roughly a mile away, while Skegness and Ingoldmells beaches lie under three miles off. Coarse fishing is available 50 yards from the property. Smoking is not permitted inside.
