Harvest Cottage sits among a small cluster of barn conversions, each with its own parking and a share of the grounds—a lawned garden and enclosed patio where you can settle in. The cottage itself is compact: one double bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, with a separate living and dining space where you can cook properly or simply relax by the television.

The kitchen has what you need to prepare meals (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge). A shared laundry room with washing machine is available if you need it. Bed linen comes as standard; heating runs on oil. One dog is welcome to come along. The main draw beyond the setting is a well-stocked fishing lake in the fenced paddock just beyond the property—330 yards away, so close enough to be convenient but far enough to keep things peaceful. The coast—Skegness and Fantasy Island—lies about ten miles south; Gibraltar Point and the seal beaches at Donna Nook are also within reach if you fancy a day trip.
