The conservatory overlooks fields stretching across open land—a quiet spot to settle in after exploring the area.

One well-behaved dog can stay free, and there's an enclosed courtyard to the rear where it can spend time outside; the large kitchen/dining room works well for family meals. The village shop and pub are roughly a mile away on foot or a short drive. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are provided. Private parking fits three cars, and there's space for bikes.

The beach at Chapel St Leonards lies 2¾ miles away. Skegness and its traditional seaside attractions are close by, while Gibraltar Point nature reserve (30 minutes south) and the inland market towns of Alford, Louth and Horncastle offer variety beyond the coast. No smoking inside.
