Plum Cottage

Families and small groups will find Plum Cottage works well for a week away. It has three bedrooms—a kingsize with ensuite, two singles, and one further single upstairs—plus a bathroom and wet room. Downstairs, an open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area and lounge, with a second sitting room featuring a DVD player. Bed linen is provided; heating and electricity are included in winter months.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals, with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. You have a washing machine and freezer in the utility room, an enclosed patio and garden to yourselves, and parking for three cars on site. One well-behaved pet is welcome. A pub serving food lies within easy walking distance, while the countryside setting keeps things quiet—though do note there is a fishing lake in a fenced paddock about 330 yards away. The property does not have electric vehicle charging.

Skegness and its amusement arcades are ten miles off; Gibraltar Point and the seal beaches at Donna Nook are within reach for days out. A shop and post office are roughly a mile away. Smoking is not permitted inside.
