East Lindsey's coastline is within easy reach of Mayfield Holiday Cottage. Chapel St Leonards beach sits just 3 miles away, where the Seascape Café overlooks the water and the village has shops and amusement arcades. From here, the Norfolk and Lincolnshire coast stretches in both directions—Anderby Creek, Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea lie to the north, while Skegness with its funfair, seal sanctuary and aquarium is accessible by bus, along with Fantasy Island and Butlins. Walking and cycling routes start from the property itself.

The cottage is a single storey with everything on one level: a living and dining room with a smart TV opening to a patio, a kitchen fitted with an electric hob and oven for proper cooking, and a bedroom with a kingsize bed served by an ensuite shower. Essentials including electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are covered. An enclosed rear garden has a barbecue and seating. One car parks on site, and one small dog stays free.

The nearest pub and shop are 1.5 miles away. Smoking is not permitted. The Eastrea Centre is nearby for further activities.
