Haven View

Haven View is a three-storey barn conversion close to the River Steeping, on the edge of an arable farm that guests can wander through. The building sits at the fringe of Wainfleet All Saints, within walking distance of a brewery, pub and bistro, with shops and restaurants just a quarter-mile away. A sandy beach lies 4 miles off, and Skegness with its theme park is 5 miles further on.

Four bedrooms across three floors sleep ten: a kingsize with single bed and ensuite on the top floor; a kingsize with ensuite on the first floor; two singles on the first floor; and three singles also on the first floor. Three bathrooms are spread through the house. The ground floor holds a living and dining room with a 65-inch television, plus a kitchen with electric range, dishwasher and all standard appliances. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property is non-smoking.

An enclosed garden with patio and hot tub comes with the cottage. The riverside setting offers good walking routes and cycling straight from the door, and free fishing is available in the grounds (a licence is required). One pet is welcome. Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are within easy driving distance, as is Lincoln's castle and cathedral 40 miles away across the Wolds.
