Groups and extended families will find Head Brewers House ideal for a gathering. The property sleeps 14 across six bedrooms and three bathrooms, with its own garden, private heated swimming pool and hot tub for eight. One small dog can stay free. The house is entirely yours for the duration of your stay, with parking for four cars and additional on-street spaces nearby.

The layout spans two floors. Ground level has two living rooms, each with a Smart TV, plus a well-equipped kitchen with an Aga, dishwasher and microwave, and a utility room with a washer-dryer. The first floor holds the six bedrooms—three with kingsize beds, two with pairs of single beds, and one with three single beds plus a pull-out single—alongside a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate shower room. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included.

The enclosed garden has a patio, barbecue and seating, leading down to the 10m by 4m heated pool. The hot tub sits under a pergola. An additional shared garden by the Brewery Windmill and the River Steeping is available to guests; the river allows fishing from the bank. Wainfleet, a small market town with shops, pubs and takeaways, is a short walk away, and the railway station connects to days out further afield. Discounted tours of the nearby brewery are on offer. Skegness and its beaches lie roughly five miles away. No smoking throughout the property.
