Hollands Pond is a single-storey bungalow sleeping four, situated on Hollands Caravan Park near Skegness. The property comes ready for a self-catering stay: electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all provided, along with a welcome pack on arrival. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. An enclosed garden with seating furniture opens from the conservatory, giving you outdoor space without leaving the grounds.
The layout runs across one floor. The open-plan living area includes a smart TV and dining space, while the bedrooms offer a double and two singles. There is a shower room with a cubicle shower. Parking for two cars comes as standard. One dog or cat can stay free of charge. Note that there are unfenced fishing lakes on-site (a coarse fishing licence is required to use them). Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Skegness seafront lies about six miles away. Local shops, pubs and restaurants are within easy reach, including options in nearby Wainfleet.
