We stayed at the Rod and Line cottage and had a fantastic time. It's a lovely spacious cottage with everything that you need for a 5 night stay. We took our dog to the beach for a walk most days followed by fishing in the afternoon and then a soak in the hottub. Just what we needed.

Lovely spot, quiet but easy reach of skegness. We stayed for the fishing. Carp, in the pond, were jumping onto the hook. Some great sized ones. Too easy, some might say lol

Went for a visit yesterday to see several parks in the area. Rod and Line was simply outstanding and blew all the others out of the water (no pun intended). Bought a Victory Riverwood on the spot. That’s how good this site is. Can’t wait for handover in 2 weeks time. Btw it has 2 lakes, a match quality lake for the pro’s amongst you and a beginner’s lake where you will catch even as a novice like myself I am told…. Anyway if you are looking for a very quiet impeccable site and you don’t have kids this is the site you will want to be on bar none. Owners are fantastic and the whole vibe of the site was just so relaxed and peaceful you cannot help falling in love with it. Overall I t was a long day for me 7.5 hours driving round trip but totally worth it. Can’t wait to get back there.

We gave a holiday home here, 5 miles outside Skegness and away from any hustle and bustle, down quiet country lanes. So peaceful here. If you are a fishing fan there is also a lake.
