Horseshoe Cottage

Horseshoe Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage in Wainfleet, a small town in East Lindsey. The front door opens directly into the ground-floor living room, where a Freeview Smart TV and comfortable seating face into the space. The kitchen sits separate from this, fitted with an electric cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer—everything needed to prepare proper meals rather than relying on takeaways. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs, two bedrooms sleep four: one with a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as a super-king or split into two singles, the other with a 4ft 6in double. A shower room with a double shower serves both. The cottage is heated throughout by electric central heating. Wi-Fi is provided; bed linen, towels and electricity are included, so costs are largely known upfront. One small dog stays free of charge.

A back garden with furniture and a barbecue is accessible from the property. One car can park on the drive, with additional on-road parking available. The cottage suits families, friends or couples; no smoking indoors.
