The Lavender is a ground-floor cottage built for straightforward comfort. Two bedrooms—one with a zip-and-link bed, one single—share a shower room. The main space combines living and dining areas with an open kitchen, all on one level with level access from the entrance. Freeview television is in the lounge and the second bedroom. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly: electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided.
Outside, a sitting area and garden furniture occupy the back garden; parking for two cars is on site. The property is wholly yours during your stay. One small dog is welcome, to be kept on a lead. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The property sits on 25 acres near Burgh le Marsh, roughly five miles from Skegness seafront. Note that there is a step down into the garden and an unfenced pond within the grounds.

We had the most fantastic week at the rose cottage. Accommodation was beautiful and well maintained. The hot tub is such a nice bonus. The host Liam was the best host we could’ve asked for, so welcoming and adaptable to our needs. Thank you Liam !

Pompous and rude owner. acts like the hotel is a luxury farmhouse in the cotswolds but in reality is an overpriced, ‘live laugh love-esque’ hotel in skegness of all places. Terrible.

We came for 2nd year with our caravan. We loved it last year and same again this year. It's a beautiful site and so peace. Lots and lots of wildlife around. Lovely shower blocks and lovely Jill in the reception who is very friendly and helpful. We are in love with this site and definitely visit again. Thank you 😊
