Kingfisher Cabin is a timber lodge built from British Western Red Cedar, set within 140 acres of grounds on a working farm near the Lincolnshire coast. Everything is on the ground floor: a living room with doors opening onto decking, a separate dining room, a kitchen equipped for full self-catering, two bedrooms (one double, one with two singles), and a shower room. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are all included. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
The cabin's own hot tub overlooks the lake and open fields, with a lawned garden, seating and a gas barbecue. You have private parking for two cars and sole access to the property. The 140 acres of farmland are yours to explore on foot or by bike, with a lake on-site where fishing is permitted (an Environment Agency licence is required). Nearby Burgh le Marsh has shops and pubs; Skegness beach is 4 miles away. The Lincolnshire Wolds can be reached for walking or cycling. The cabin is non-smoking. There is an unfenced lake approximately 15 yards from the property.
