Two bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with two singles—and a wet room with grab rail serve four guests. The open-plan living and kitchen area has a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, and freeview TV. An enclosed patio with garden furniture opens from the property; parking is on site and shared laundry facilities are available.

The cottage sits near Meals Farm Holiday Accommodation with countryside around it. Donna Nook beach and nature reserve lie a mile away. North Somercotes village, two minutes' drive, has two pubs, shops, and restaurants including Chinese, Italian and pizzeria options. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included in your stay. Smoking is not permitted indoors. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
