The Stables

The Stables is a single-storey converted building on the Meals Farm Cottages site near North Somercotes. You enter directly into an open-plan space that combines living room, dining area and kitchen in one room—a layout that keeps everything within arm's reach. A kingsize bed and wet room with shower are at one end; a Freeview TV, dining table and full kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge at the other. The setup suits two people who want simplicity and company between rooms rather than separation.

Oil heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. There's a shared laundry room with coin-operated machines and a shared courtyard. Parking is on-site, shared with other properties. The nearest shop, pub and restaurant are a mile away; Donna Nook's beach and nature reserve a mile in the opposite direction. North Somercotes village, with two pubs and various food places, is a short drive. Smoking is not permitted.
