Lilium Cottage

Lilium Cottage suits families after a straightforward seaside break, or couples wanting space without fuss. It's a single-storey detached bungalow in the village of North Somercotes, between Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes, sleeping five across three bedrooms: a kingsize, a double and a single. There's one bathroom with both a bath and shower cubicle.

The ground-floor layout keeps everything accessible. An open-plan living and dining area has a woodburner and smart TV with Netflix; the kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, opening onto a patio. You get Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels as standard. Outside is an enclosed lawned garden with seating, a BBQ and space for three cars. No smoking throughout.

North Somercotes has pubs, restaurants, shops and a hairdresser. Louth is eight miles away with three weekly markets, Georgian architecture and Hubbards Hills. Mablethorpe's beaches and fairground are eleven miles south. Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary, roughly two miles off, draws large numbers of seals from late October through December.
