Three bedrooms and three bathrooms mean everyone gets their own ensuite; bedrooms contain a double, a kingsize and two singles. Downstairs is open-plan living and dining with doors onto a patio, where you can sit out and look across the surrounding fields.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, range, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Underfloor heating and an air source heat pump keep things warm. Parking for three cars is on site. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if you ask. The property is non-smoking.

Lincoln is 25 minutes away by car, with its cathedral, castle and waterside. Horncastle, known for its market and antique shops, is about 15 minutes off. Louth, a Georgian market town with three markets a week, is roughly 20 minutes away. Many walking and cycling routes start from the farm itself.
