Cartwheel Cottage
East Riding of Yorkshire
Cartwheel Cottage is a one-bedroom property on the edge of Burnby village, laid out across two floors with the living spaces upstairs. It sleeps three: a kingsize bed in the bedroom, plus a day bed and a single bed elsewhere in the property. The ground floor holds the kitchen and dining area with electric cooking and a full set of appliances. A shower room and heated towel rail are also on this level. Dogs stay free, and there is parking for two cars on site.
The cottage sits within half a mile of the Wolds Way, the long-distance footpath that runs through the Yorkshire Wolds—a significant asset for walkers and cyclists. Pocklington, a market town with independent shops, cafés and pubs, lies nearby. York is within thirty minutes by car, as are the coastal towns of Bridlington and Filey. Burnby Hall and Gardens are close by. The rear garden is enclosed, with seating and a barbecue for outdoor meals. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. No smoking inside the property.
