Spring Farm Barn

Spring Farm Barn is a converted barn on a working farm near Grindale, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two floors. The property sleeps up to five guests and comes with its own hot tub in the enclosed front garden—usable by day or under the stars in the evening. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen and dining room has an electric Aga alongside standard cooking appliances, a dishwasher, and space to gather. The living room contains a woodburner, Freesat television, DVD and CD players. Exposed beams and chalk walls keep the barn's original character. Upstairs, one bedroom has a four-poster kingsize bed with a walk-in shower ensuite; the other has a kingsize and single bed with a bath ensuite. Bed linen, towels and electricity are included. The enclosed patio has garden furniture and a barbecue, and there is private parking for two cars.

The barn suits families and groups wanting a rural base with some comfort, within reach of the coast. No smoking is permitted inside.
