Saxmundham sits in the heart of East Suffolk, convenient for exploring Aldeburgh and the coastal path. Flint Cottage is a single-storey retreat right in the town centre, a five-minute walk from the high street. The property is yours alone, with two bedrooms and a bathroom arranged on the ground floor for easy living.

One bedroom has a zip-and-link king bed (convertible to two singles on request); the other a double. The bathroom combines bath and shower. The heart of the cottage is a living room with woodburner and smart TV, connected to a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, along with initial fuel for the fire. Outside is an enclosed back garden with sitting area and furniture, ideal for a quiet afternoon.

Two small dogs stay free. The cottage does not accept children under 12, except babies in arms. Parking is on the road directly outside.
