Church Common sits deep in Suffolk's countryside, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Carol's Cottage is one of two converted farm buildings on a working 70-acre arable holding, positioned to give you genuine seclusion without isolation. The sandy beaches of the Heritage Coastline are 6 miles away; Aldeburgh, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Heath lie within easy reach. A footpath from the property leads directly into farmland, ideal for those who want to walk from the door—dogs are welcome here. The farm shop is 2 miles off, and Halesworth market town is 3 miles away; a village pub and shop sit within a mile.
The cottage is single-storey, arranged around an open-plan living space with a wood-burning stove, dining area and kitchen equipped for proper cooking. You have two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: one with a double bed and shower cubicle, the other with two singles and a bath with shower attachment. An enclosed garden and patio give you outdoor space, and parking is on site. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided; heating is included. A travel cot and highchair are available. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay. No smoking is permitted indoors. A pond on the farm means children and dogs will need supervision in that area.
