Fern Villa

Fern Villa comes ready for arrival: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with a welcome pack. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized fridge—while the utility room holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are three bedrooms (two doubles and one with twin singles) and a bathroom with bath and shower. One small dog stays free, and the property has parking for two cars on site.

Located on the edge of Oulton Broad, the village sits within reach of riverside pubs and restaurants, and the Norfolk Broads National Park spreads nearby with boat hire and river trips. Lowestoft's beach and two piers are close by. From here you can drive to Southwold in 25 minutes, or to Norwich in 50 minutes. Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park sits within 3 miles. The enclosed courtyard garden at the back, set behind a high wall, has patio seating and space to relax. The house does not allow smoking. Children and families are catered for with a travel cot and highchair available on request.
