Tillet Cottage

Tillet Cottage is a detached house near Oulton Broad, a few miles from Lowestoft's coast. The layout spreads across two floors: downstairs holds a living room, sun room, dining room, kitchen and one double bedroom; upstairs are two more bedrooms—one double, one with twin singles—and a family bathroom plus ensuite. Original features such as exposed beams and fireplaces run through the property. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included; you'll also find a welcome pack on arrival.

The garden is a significant draw: a large, fenced lawned space with patio, furniture and a barbecue. There's parking for three cars on site. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The cottage suits families or groups of up to six, and travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are available if needed. Smoking is not permitted.

Oulton Broad lies within walking distance, where boat hire and waterside restaurants are available. The Norfolk Broads National Park entrance is close by. Lowestoft beach is three miles away; the town's piers, Pleasurewood Hills theme park and various nature reserves including Carlton Marsh are all readily accessible. A shop stands 600 yards from the property; the nearest pub or restaurant is 2½ miles.
