Beccles sits on the Norfolk and Suffolk border within reach of the Broads National Park, where boat hire, river trips, kayaking and canoeing all happen regularly. The market town itself is a five-minute walk away, with independent shops, chain stores, restaurants from casual to fine dining, and cafés. The weekly market supplies local produce and goods.

Hideaway is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage sleeping four. The ground floor has an open-plan living space with a woodburner, a separate dining area, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge and freezer. Upstairs, one bedroom has a super king bed (6ft) with an ensuite shower, the other a double (4ft 6in). The cottage comes with an enclosed front garden, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. A private hot tub for four is yours alone, and there is parking for one car. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided, plus initial fuel for the woodburner and a welcome pack. One pet stays free. The property is for adults only.
