Hill Farm
East Suffolk

Hill Farm opens directly into a living space anchored by a wood burner and French doors that frame the garden beyond. The ground floor holds the main living areas—a sitting room with a smart TV, a kitchen and dining space with its own burner, and a study—plus a shower room. Upstairs, two king bedrooms and one single are served by a bathroom with bath and shower. The property sleeps five and welcomes one well-behaved pet at no extra charge.
The kitchen comes fully provisioned: electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, with everyday cupboard basics already in place. Heating is oil-fired with underfloor elements in the shower room. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, along with initial fuel for the wood burners. The owner provides bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. Two cars fit in the driveway; two more can park nearby.
Outside, an enclosed back garden with patio, furniture and gas barbecue offers a place to settle with a drink. The front garden is open; the back is bounded by hedges rather than fences, and contains two substantial ponds—one left semi-wild for wildlife. The village of Wenhaston sits within reach of Aldeburgh, Walberswick, Dunwich and Southwold beaches. The cottage itself is a converted period property with original beams, though some are low in places, and there are internal steps and a slight slope to the landing and single bedroom. No smoking indoors.
