Hill House

Hill House works equally well for families after a rural break, groups of friends wanting space to spread out, or couples seeking a coastal retreat with room for guests. The village of Snape sits within easy reach of the Suffolk shoreline, with the Crown Inn nearby and countryside for walking. Three bedrooms sleep six: two double beds and one twin, arranged across the first floor with a family bathroom that includes a full-sized tub and shower. The ground floor centres on a large kitchen and dining area with an induction hob, range oven, dishwasher and all the usual kit, opening directly onto the garden through patio doors.

The living room has a wood burner, Sky Glass TV and enough seating to gather as a group. Outside, the main draw is the private garden with a fully covered bar area, firepit, barbecue and furniture for eating and drinking. Electric car charging is available at cost. One dog stays free. Electricity, heating oil, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included in the rental; initial fuel for the burner is provided. The whole property is yours alone, and there is parking for three cars.
