The apartment is entirely on one level: an open-plan living space with two sofa beds and a 32-inch TV, a dining area, a kitchen with electric cooking facilities, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Eight steps lead up to the entrance. One dog is welcome to stay.

Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. The kitchen has what you need to cook proper meals. Parking is on the road outside. Lowestoft sits at the UK's most easterly point on the Suffolk coast, with wide sandy beaches and two piers; dogs can use designated beach areas year-round. Southwold with its coloured beach huts lies a short drive south, while Aldeburgh and the wider Heritage Coastline are accessible for a day out.
