Lovely spacious room with great view of the sea. Bed very comfortable. Room had everything we needed including a tea pot! Delicious breakfast. Teresa & Paul were extremely welcoming. Will definitely stay again when on the área.

What a superb place to stay, such a warm welcome. I stayed in the twin with sea view - it was very nicely appointed, nice size TV too. Breakfast was lovely, a nice choice which included a nice fresh fruit salad bowl. I would heartily recommend this guest house, it sits close to town but far enough away to be quiet and comfortable. Lowestoft town centre is less than a 10min walk. A nice mix of places for eating and drinking nearby. Top class.

Our room was lovely, overlooking the sea it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Paul and Theresa provide an excellent freshly cooked breakfast, and have anything you would want to start off your day. We highly recommend Kingsleigh.

We stayed here after a very sudden change of plans, and the owners were so accommodating and welcoming. The room was beautifully kept and clean, and the view was amazing. We were welcomed with a delicious breakfast every morning, and they went out of their way to accommodate for my dietary needs. Wonderful stay, wonderful owners, I would definitely stay here again :)
