This first-floor property sleeps two in a bedroom with single beds. The living room has a television and DVD player, while the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. A shower room and separate lavatory complete the layout. There is a veranda, and parking on site. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included.

The setting suits walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers. Horse riding can be arranged with the owners. One dog is welcome at no extra cost and must be kept on a lead as the property is on a working farm. The surrounding woodland contains ponds and streams. No smoking. Children under ten are not suitable for this property.
