Beccles sits three miles away with its river, pubs, restaurants and shops, while Lowestoft's beach and promenade are a short drive further. Oulton Broad and Southwold are equally accessible. An award-winning pub stands just a mile off. The property itself is a single-storey cottage on working farmland, with an enclosed garden and parking for one car. It suits couples or two people travelling together, and one well-behaved pet is welcome.

Inside, everything is on one level: a combined living and dining space with Freeview TV, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, a bedroom with a kingsize bed, and a shower room. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. There is no Wi-Fi at the cottage itself, though it is available at nearby cafés and restaurants. The heating is electric, and smoking is not permitted. Guests arrive after 4pm and depart before 10am.
