The Paddocks

The Paddocks is a modern house in East Suffolk with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping six. You arrive into an open-plan ground floor where the living and dining spaces flow together, with large windows overlooking the garden. A woodburner sits in the living area, and patio doors open directly onto the outside space. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the main bedroom has its own ensuite shower. Upstairs, two further double bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath and shower.

The garden is the main draw here. It wraps around the property with furniture and a barbecue, plenty of room for children to play, and quiet corners for adults. One dog stays free. You get private parking for four cars, and the essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are all included. No smoking inside. The nearest coast is within reach, and Lowestoft is a short drive away if you want attractions beyond the garden itself.
