East Suffolk's coastal strip and the Broads National Park lie within easy reach of this detached cottage near Frostenden. Southwold is close by, and inland you'll find market towns like Beccles, where the Broads begin—hire a day boat from the quay to explore the waterways and riverside pubs. The beach is five miles away; a shop, pub and restaurant two miles.

Rose Farm Cottage has three bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles, one with a single) and one bathroom, sleeping up to five. The ground floor holds a living room with an open fire and Freeview TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs there are two separate toilets. Outside, a large lawned garden with seating area overlooks the grounds, and you can park three cars on site. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with initial fuel for the fire and a welcome pack. One well-behaved pet stays free. The cottage is non-smoking.
